My mission is to create emotional connection with audiences where they bond with your brand through authentic and relatable storytelling.

When I worked as a customer service representative we were trained to follow scripts when communicating with customers about sales or to answer their questions. As time went on I realized that some customers had questions or objections that weren’t answered in our scripts and over time reciting the script over and over several times a day came to be repetitive and robotic.

One time when I was reciting a script on an info call to sell gym memberships I had a prospect cut me off and actually said, “yeah I’ve heard all of this before. You all say the same thing. All I want to know are the prices of your memberships.” And it really hit me that people know that you’re trying to sell to them and are looking for that reason to say no. If you communicate the same way to everyone it causes a disconnect between you and the customer.  In order to gain their trust I had to learn how to go off script and communicate to people authentically and that it wouldn’t always be in the same way. 

And it worked!

Taking the time to build relationships with members, I noticed created unwavering loyalty which persuaded them to keep coming back. That’s what I bring to the table. I write copy that will bridge the gap between being disconnected from your audience to having strong long lasting relationships with your customers.
